Playing with the Flash

After a recent card class I wanted to take pics of my new cards. I snapped a few with my phone and wondered what the flash would do. Would it just show more detail or really light up the colors? I don't know which I like lol. The first is with flash looks kinda crisp and the second has no flash, but looks more warm. I'm learning how to take better pics and this was just my first experiment. More to come...........

My Husband

I find it hard making him things. I like all the frills, lace, glitter, and color. Men don't tend to go for that. I wanted to make him a card for Valentine's Day that looked the part, but wasn't to glammed up. I held back and came up with this cute wood grain look. Just a little red and I'm pretty darn happy with it. I'm sure he will love it. :)

Valentine's Day cards!!!

Here are just a few of the ones I have made to send out to my friends. I really like pinks, reds, hearts, flowers, sparkle, love, arrows, all that goes with it. Just in February after that I'm on to a new theme :) I could have made 6 or so of the same card, but that's no fun :)

It'll soon be a day of love. I'm using some free time to make some cards for my family and friends. Here's a cute lil card I whipped up this afternoon. I used paper from the Love pack by Paper studios. The Unicorn is a stamp I colored, stamp by Kindred Stamps. I love this company. They have the best pop culture clear stamps. www.kindredstamps.com
